She is amazing and has been prepping for this for some time. When our Wonder Woman took ill last year, "Roxy" as we like to call her, picked up the ball and handled it like a pro. She is highly efficient, organized, and professional, yet she is fun, lighthearted, spirited and all around fun to be with. She has a great sense of humor. We are very blessed. She worked hard with all this and at the same time helped develop the complete film project. Amazing! Our Director announcing her new Assistant!

Artist Relations
The purpose of Artist Relations is to strengthen the community spirit as well as network with fellow artists so that we may bring outside opportunities to you, and help you to hone your skills. The Gallery Directors are the first people you should go to regarding your galleries.
They are the people you need to make gallery suggestions to, and ask questions about your specific genre, or seek knowledge from. They also act as your lifeline to the administration. They are here to support and listen, and I can tell you we've got incredibly talented, devoted and passionate people on this team, so get to know them!
`arachnid15 Artistic Nudes and Horror Macabre GD-An incredible photographer and model, certainly one of the best this site has seen. His knowledge of artistic nudes is far deeper than skin deep!
`archanN Wallpaper GD - 24 year old Designer, and Entrepreneur from New Delhi, India, a country of diverse culture, and traditions. His artwork amazes me, it would be well placed in any of the fine galleries in San Fransisco. I suppose it is good for wallpaper but I would prefer it on my walls.
$aunjuli Fan Art GD- She collects magnets! Artwork, all kinds, is obviously a great interest to her. Her gallery is full of all types of art, from clay and jewelry to graphite portraits, digital art and watercolor paintings! You can find her photography ~Aun-Juli
`Age2003 Flash GD- You can find Age most often in #flashers. I remember being greeted with huge smiles and had a great time. I had some commissions for some emoticons and those flashers jumped right to it! Great bunch of incredible artists. As part of the Artist Relations team he says that his volunteer role is to bridge the gap between you (Animators, Actionscriptors, Designers, Cartoonists etc) and the staff. He loves music life and helping others.
`azarath Anime/Manga GD-she loves cartoons, comics, video games,reading, RPGS and all sorts of nerdly things She says she has an unhealthy music obsession and blows all her cash on going to concerts. She can be seen haunting 3-4 anime cons a year, especially if they have a LARP. She has been a non-stop DA addict since she joined in September 2002

`cooley One of 2 Anthro GDs-Cooley is one heck of an artist. Her wonderful character Figaroo is one of my favorites and I have pre-ordered a few of her new plushies of him! She also has designed her "Bladewind" character, which will be a figurine in the near future. As you can see she is a highly active and productive artist who is a wonderful GD with great knowledge and resources.
`cosmosue Digital Art GD along with JunkbyJen and JGfeller-I adore this GD. She is sweet, ever helpful and an inspirational artist. She received the Deviousness Award in October 2006 and this is what they said: cosmosue's beautiful gallery is testament to hardwork, dedication and commitment to making dreams become reality. Her journals are always resourceful, inviting other artists to participate in the many contests which she develops. `Matt-Mills 3 Dimensional GD-One of the most incredible 3Dartists I have met. His work makes me smile hugely. I was faving his work before I was a GD and before he was a GD. I had one of his pieces as my wallpaper for months. Please check him out! I can't even imagine anyone more suited to serve you in the 3D gallery.
`equivoquePhotography GD-An inspiration, mentor and all around awesome human being. Anyone who takes a quick stroll through her gallery won't have to be told that she is a Polaroid nut! She especially loves working with her vintage SX-70 Model 2 and Time-Zero film. I can't personally say enough about this person. She is classy, specialized and has a deep soulful artistic nature. One I would want to follow around like a puppy to soak in all of her knowledge and essence. Her children are blessed, there is no doubt! She is the real deal folks-take this rare opportunity to get to know such a talented artist.

`Marker-Guru Film GD--Another incredible inspiration. She is an amazing illustrator but what impresses me most is her ability to understand artists and to make things happen. She was in charge of the whole AR Holidays Project as she was leaving the traditional gallery and becoming one of the brand new Film Gallery Directors. That was a huge feat unto itself it being unchartered territory and all. This is one impressive workhorse!

We don't always agree but I have learned more from him in the past few months than all the books on photography I have read (combined.) He is one of the most active GDs and I was a "follower" long before becoming a GD. He is a genius on too many things to post here. `livius Icons GD- This is another GD whom I don't know too much about. I know she is a cheerleader with the coolest avatar and ID. She is one of those who deals with emoticons and icons.
`manicho Skins and Themes GD-The screenshot champion. This man is so amazing. I am awed by what he can do. He has a degree in Software Development and a minor in Fine Arts & Design. He has been working as a graphic designer for 7 years, specializing in video/photography post-work. Most of his works on deviantART were meant to be enjoyed on your computer as a wallpaper, an icon, a skin, etc. He is also a sweetheart!
`maxwell-heza dA Related GD-A kindred Spirit is she! All things Deviant related is her gallery. Her drawings touch me. She has this wonderful image of buffalo wings..I think it is awesome. She is very helpful, kind and a wonderful poet. You would be blessed in getting to know her better.

When I think of someone to do my illustrations work (I have a new set of books I am working on) this is the artist I choose. Phenomenal. She works closely with her twin sister and the two of them are unstoppable. They know how to get things done! Impressive and inspiring.
`Myana Artisan Crafts GD-Myana just came on and came in with a fervor!! She whipped up the AC gallery into ship shape in a heartbeat. She not only knows her stuff but she knows how to clean house! I am so impressed with her ability to create, encourage and liven up a gallery.

She is another one who was facing illness and turned the rocks that life was throwing at her and created a pathway to success. I was one of the many who recommended her for the GD position she holds. How can one who loves photography not know her work? She is involved in many communities, clubs and reaching out to everyone helping them..she is amazing! I will always be grateful for all she has taught me. You couldn't do any better than to have her by your side, with her camera.

Well I feel she is because I know her best by her avatar, a smoking lady in curlers, which reminds me of this superpowers ninja chick--hilarious movie! She knows her pixel art and runs that gallery like it is her family! It is certainly a challenge because she deals with a lot of rules and has to inspect many of the pieces. I look forward to learning more about it from her. She really is great.

The fractal community is blessed to have her. She is very talented and multi faceted. She rallies up the deviants and gets them fired up, yet she is also gentle, personable and kind as can be. More about this wonderful man: He is currently working on and selling his own art, tattooing in his own little shop..... i stumbled upon this site four years ago, and I'm still as excited by it as i was back then. I think it is a unique opportunity to interact with all kinds of creative minds from all across the world, and to have a broad view of the different ways art is growing right now, to see where it's going at any given time or place.

Everywhere you turn she is doing or promoting something new! She has also released a book called "The Betrayers Promise." I have purchased it but still need to read it. `TouchedVenus Anime/Manga GD- A big Sasori fan. Altogether, she just loves Akatsuki in general. She has other fandoms as well mostly in anime and video games. An supurb artist whose illustrations boggle the mind. She is very inventive and original in her designs, one wonders where her mind travels too. It is delightful. She is a great treasure for the Anime/Manga community and has made me look at that genre quite differently! She is detailed and sophisticated in her deviations.
`thespook: Resources GD- He has taught me more than I can express and he doesn't even know it! I learn through his amazing tutorials. I can edit and doctor up my journals and before him I had never heard of CSS. In my "favorite" section you can see much of his work. He really is the greatest! Did I mention he was a superb photographer too? If you need resources he knows where they are!
`IreneLangholm PhotoManipulation GD- Girl after my own heart! High Spirited, mucho energy and she isn't gonna take any guff from anyone! My dear dear friend had this GD position before her and it was tough watching someone come in after her. That is one of the hard things as a GD-How people come and go. This young lady fit in like a hand in a glove and took the reigns of a very spirited gallery and kicked ass. It is impossible not to respect her and easy to love her.
`zeruch Traditional GD-He has been described as an open source geek, a policy wonk, and even a bit of a creative illustrator (the latter being what folks here are most likely familiar with). ....He has been called all manner of adjectives, most of them contraries.He was described once as a cross between Tucker Carlson and Lenny Kravitz.... I personally love his work! He has his hands full with Traditional but he has a great team working with him. I kinda think he is awesome.

Create an Icon for Change
This is a Logo Design Competition
In conjunction with Mary Lou Wallner-- creator and founder of T.E.A.C.H. an organization specializing in encouraging parents to accept and love their gay children, the Community Projects Gallery is hosting a "Create and Icon for Change" contest!
I contacted Mary in November after reading her story in People magazine. Her courage and strength is an incredible source of inspiration. She has chosen to fight against all odds against two sides that could literally slay her! The religious right, and the anti Christian. What courage she has and after losing her daughter to suicide, being surrounded by such hatred and controversy.
I knew without a shadow of a doubt that dA would be the place we could get something done. I went to her web site and it was drab, lifeless, no logo, nothing. Just the incredible message this woman is desperately trying to pass on. Unconditional Love. What could I/us give her? Our art of course!! This contest is for the logo, but I am also looking for Web design and anything else we might conjure up!! When I discussed this with her you could hear the joy, perhaps tears in her eyes that we would do such a thing. She just wanted to see us spread the news, awareness is the key to change. She is very excited. It was hard to put this on hold until the new year!
Mary was featured in the Nov 19th People Magazine, and her story is highlighted and featured in the 2007 Movie "The Bible Tells Me So" which has won the:

He has been working as a graphic designer for 7 years, specializing in video/photography post-work. Most of his works on deviantART were meant to be enjoyed on your computer as a wallpaper, an icon, a skin, etc. He is also a sweetheart!

I think it is a unique opportunity to interact with all kinds of creative minds from all across the world, and to have a broad view of the different ways art is growing right now, to see where it's going at any given time or place.

Everywhere you turn she is doing or promoting something new! She has also released a book called "The Betrayers Promise." I have purchased it but still need to read it. `TouchedVenus Anime/Manga GD- A big Sasori fan. Altogether, she just loves Akatsuki in general. She has other fandoms as well mostly in anime and video games. An supurb artist whose illustrations boggle the mind. She is very inventive and original in her designs, one wonders where her mind travels too. It is delightful. She is a great treasure for the Anime/Manga community and has made me look at that genre quite differently! She is detailed and sophisticated in her deviations.
`thespook: Resources GD- He has taught me more than I can express and he doesn't even know it! I learn through his amazing tutorials. I can edit and doctor up my journals and before him I had never heard of CSS. In my "favorite" section you can see much of his work. He really is the greatest! Did I mention he was a superb photographer too? If you need resources he knows where they are!
`IreneLangholm PhotoManipulation GD- Girl after my own heart! High Spirited, mucho energy and she isn't gonna take any guff from anyone! My dear dear friend had this GD position before her and it was tough watching someone come in after her. That is one of the hard things as a GD-How people come and go. This young lady fit in like a hand in a glove and took the reigns of a very spirited gallery and kicked ass. It is impossible not to respect her and easy to love her.
`zeruch Traditional GD-He has been described as an open source geek, a policy wonk, and even a bit of a creative illustrator (the latter being what folks here are most likely familiar with). ....He has been called all manner of adjectives, most of them contraries.He was described once as a cross between Tucker Carlson and Lenny Kravitz.... I personally love his work! He has his hands full with Traditional but he has a great team working with him. I kinda think he is awesome.

Create an Icon for Change
This is a Logo Design Competition
In conjunction with Mary Lou Wallner-- creator and founder of T.E.A.C.H. an organization specializing in encouraging parents to accept and love their gay children, the Community Projects Gallery is hosting a "Create and Icon for Change" contest!
I contacted Mary in November after reading her story in People magazine. Her courage and strength is an incredible source of inspiration. She has chosen to fight against all odds against two sides that could literally slay her! The religious right, and the anti Christian. What courage she has and after losing her daughter to suicide, being surrounded by such hatred and controversy.
I knew without a shadow of a doubt that dA would be the place we could get something done. I went to her web site and it was drab, lifeless, no logo, nothing. Just the incredible message this woman is desperately trying to pass on. Unconditional Love. What could I/us give her? Our art of course!! This contest is for the logo, but I am also looking for Web design and anything else we might conjure up!! When I discussed this with her you could hear the joy, perhaps tears in her eyes that we would do such a thing. She just wanted to see us spread the news, awareness is the key to change. She is very excited. It was hard to put this on hold until the new year!
Mary was featured in the Nov 19th People Magazine, and her story is highlighted and featured in the 2007 Movie "The Bible Tells Me So" which has won the:
