Hello!
I just spent an amazing holiday with my husband away from all the trimmings and merriment. Christmas was a blast , and the children were a treat to watch as they lit up around all the festivities.

I needed a get away and my husband gave me that as my gift! (I did give him a guitar clinic with Robben Ford for our anniversary hehe.)
We went to Jenner, CA. It is where the Russian River and the Pacific Ocean converge.

It is one of a few Energy Vortexes in the area. It was exactly what we needed. We rented an amazing suite, which was more like a house with a river view (I recommend it highly.) We were without the trappings of the tech world, but there was a journal there! In this journal people who have stayed in this particular suite wrote of their experiences. It had many years of writing!
In this journal we learned many things but the highlight was about the previous owner- Captain Will and his lover, who left him for a sailor. This place is said to be haunted and there were many stories about it in the journal. I believe they need to make the journal a fireside book. We had a blast reading it and making spooky sounds. Some friends visited the following day and read it also (we all added to it with our experiences too.) Hilarious pranks and jokes about good old Capt. Will.
Then the animals decided to put a show on for me. It was wet and windy but I got a few shots to commemorate the trip.
This was a trip you would like. I feel so much better and focused. The time was used to heal, energize and seek all that is good.

Happy New Year!!!

Don't take life too seriously... Nobody comes out of it alive, anyway!
Art is like Love, unless it is shared, and viewed by others and appreciated, it has no mutual return, it is empty and hollow, and lonely.

Begin doing what you want to do now. We are not living in eternity. We have only this moment, sparkling like a star in our hand-and melting like a snowflake...
